Ed Lull
Guitarist, Vocalist
Ed started playing guitar and singing in HS with friends and later in Young Life. Arriving on the W&M college campus in 1979, he hoped to start a band. It didn't take long because his roommate Brian Mount brought his guitar to school and when they started playing, Bill Williams (who lived across the hall) heard the music and joined in. Ed and Mike had already talked about starting a band in the weeks before school started (both had older siblings already at W&M) and when Mike heard the music, he came down and joined in (Mike was just up the stairs in the same Taliferro dorm).....And so began the Dimeslots.

During the summers home from school, Ed played with a smattering of local NOVA bands .

After starting his banking career in Washington DC, Ed relocated with his wife Lynn to California. While there, Ed started LullMusic, a music booking agency that worked with such clients as Kevin Johnson & the Linemen and Kevin Gordon of Nashville, TN. Ed & Lynn relocated to Northern Virginia in 1999, they have three grown daughters.

In addition to his long tenure with the Dimeslots, Ed has played in recent years with The Noisy Neighbors, featuring Jimmy Steele, Brian & Katy Johnson, Gene McLeod and later Patrice Moreman. Ed also played in "Stop Bob" featuring Bob Gaskins.
